Kim Bryant Roulias is a native Texan and a graduate of
Southern Methodist University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts,
majoring in communications.
Kim has consistently been a top producer for the last 15 years, and has enthusiastically represented properties in all price
ranges. She has helped almost 500 families buy or sell houses.
She is also an ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative.
Additionally, she hold the designations of Historic House
Specialist and Advanced Historic House Specialist.
She is an active member of Preservation Dallas, the
Dallas Historical Society, the National Trust for Historic
Preservation, Metrotex Association of Realtors,
Texas Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyers Agent
Council, and the National Association of Realtors.
Before beginning her career in real estate 16 years ago,
she owned a computer graphic design business. Her very
first year, she sold 39 houses. Twenty-seven of those were
her listings, and 12 were her buyers.
